Having increased vanpool ridership in Central Indiana by 200 percent in her role as vanpool manager for the Central Indiana Regional Transportation Authority’s (CIRTA) Commuter Connect, Lori Kaplan has been promoted to manager of Commuter Connect, Central Indiana’s rideshare program.
