PrimeLife Enrichment offers door-to-door transportation to Hamilton County residents age 50 years and older.
This transportation service may be used for:
- Medical Appointments
- Personal business such as banking and shopping
- Beauty or Barber shops
- Employment or Volunteer Activities
- Senior Centers
- Social Activities and Visitation
Fares
ESSENTIAL TRIPS- Trips less than 8 miles from client’s home: No charge for client’s 60+ (suggested donation of $10.00 round-trip). Clients less than 60 years of age pays $10 round trip. Trips more than 8 miles from client’s home: $10 round trip, regardless of age.
NON-ESSENTIAL TRIPS- Trips under 8 miles from client’s home are $10 round trip. Trips over 8 miles from client’s home are$16 miles. For Military Veterans with appointments at the VA Hospital in Indianapolis or Brownsburg, there is a flat fee of $10 round trip.

To schedule transportation, please call 317.815.7000 at least 48 hours in advance.
Although the demand for this service is great, we do our best to accommodate all requests. If we cannot take you at the time of your particular request, we will work with you to find a mutually convenient time. Transportation can be scheduled up to one month in advance.
A brief assessment of individual needs must be completed (by phone) before transportation is scheduled for the first time.
