For the first time, ONE-CALL CONNECT allows riders to book trips between Hamilton and Hancock counties with a single call to CIRTA at 317-327-7433.
How it Works:
- ONE-CALL CONNECT is open to everyone in Hamilton or Hancock counties.
- Trips can be for any purpose – medical appointments, shopping, visiting family, etc.
- Trips must originate in Hamilton County or Hancock County and cross the county line. Trips within one county are handled by Hamilton County Express or RIDE Hancock.
- Riders transfer from one vehicle to another at Leo’s Market, at 8956 N. 600 West, McCordsville.
- Drivers will stay with riders and, if needed, assist with the transfer.
- All vehicles are ADA accessible.
- Cost is $8 cash each direction paid to the drivers at pick up. Roundtrip is $16.
How to Book
Call CIRTA at 317-327-7433, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
- Trips must take place Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.
- Trips must be booked between 48 hours and 2 weeks in advance.
